The consultant processes and uses your personal data for 1) contract fulfillment: Personal data provided by you in the context of concluding a contract (contact and payment data) serve the purpose of processing or are necessary and required for the conclusion of the contractual relationship and are therefore processed based on legal authorisations in fulfillment of the contract. 2) Marketing purposes: Processing of your personal data for marketing purposes (in particular the transmission of information for advertising by fax, letter, e-mail, or SMS). 3) Newsletter: The personal data that you provided when registering for the consultancy newsletter will be used exclusively for sending the newsletter by e-mail unless you give me your separate consent for further use.

HOSTING
As part of the hosting of my website, all data to be processed in connection with the operation of my website is stored. This is necessary to enable the operation of the website. I, therefore, process the data accordingly based on our legitimate interest by Art 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO in optimizing our website offering. To provide my online presence, I use the services of web hosting providers to whom I provide the above-mentioned data as part of order processing under Art 28 DSGVO.

CONTACT
When contacting me, your details will be used to process the contact inquiry and handle it as part of the fulfillment of pre-contractual rights and obligations by Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b DSGVO. The processing of your data is necessary to process and answer your inquiry, otherwise I will not be able to answer your inquiry or at best only to a limited extent. The information may be stored in a customer and prospect database based on our legitimate interest in direct marketing under Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO.

I will delete your inquiry and your contact details if your inquiry has been answered conclusively and there are no legal retention periods preventing deletion, e.g. in the context of subsequent contract processing. This is usually the case when there has been no further contact with you for three years.

SERVER LOG FILES

In server log files, the provider of the website automatically collects and stores information that your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Visited page on our domain

  • Date and time of the server request

  • Browser type and browser version

  • Operating system used

  • Referrer URL

  • Host name of the accessing computer

  • IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources. The data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the fulfillment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

SSL ENCRYPTION
When you visit my website, we use the common SSL (Secure Socket Layer) procedure in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. You can see whether an individual page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form by the closed display of the key or lock symbol in the status bar of your browser. The use of this procedure is based on our legitimate interest in the use of suitable encryption techniques by Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

I also use appropriate technical and organizational security measures by Art. 32 DSGVO to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction, or against unauthorized access by third parties. My security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments and kept state of the art.

LEGAL BASIS
The consultant processes personal data for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures or based on legal obligations or with your prior consent. By giving your consent, you also confirm that you have reached the age of 18 or that you have the consent of your legal representative.

DURATION OF STORAGE
I delete your data after the termination and processing of your contract or after the expiry of the guarantee, warranty, limitation, or retention periods unless you give me separate consent for further processing and use of this personal data.

THIRD PARTIES
I do not pass on your data to third parties without your express consent, a legal basis, or if it is necessary for the fulfillment of contractual relationships.

You have the right to a) check whether and what personal data I hold about you and to obtain copies of such data; b) request the rectification, integration, or erasure of your personal data; c) restrict processing; d) object to the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances or withdraw consent previously given for processing; e) request data portability; f) know the identity of third parties to whom data is transferred, and f) lodge a complaint with the competent authority.
